1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics, skincare, makeup, or other personal care products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

A return may only be accepted if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is missing from your order.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (when applicable).

  • Your order could not be fulfilled by Shaden.

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
  • Requests submitted after the stated reporting period.

4. Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

6. Order Cancellation
